Suggestions and complaints
A compliment, a suggestion or a complaint — all of it is useful to us. Tell us how it went in Utjeha or in Bar, and what could be better.
If you had a good time with us, we are glad to hear it. If something was not right, we need to hear that even more: praise confirms what we already do, a complaint shows us what we had not seen ourselves. This page asks for both in equal measure.
Write about whatever you like: the food and the portion, the wait, how you were received, the terrace and the garden, the prices on the board, how an order was taken over the phone — and about this site and the menu on it, if anything on it was unclear or wrong.
If you are writing about something that happened, it helps us to know which venue it happened at. Food House in Utjeha and Crispy Food House in Bar are two separate places, each with its own menu and its own opening hours, and only one of them is open at a time — so a complaint sent to the wrong one never reaches the person who could do something about it.
We will not promise that every suggestion is taken up: some things are not ours to change, and some would mean giving up what other guests come to us for. But a suggestion that never arrives cannot even be considered, and that is the only real loss. If you would like an answer, leave a phone number or an address we can reply to.

What is worth putting in the message
- Which venue: Food House in Utjeha or Crispy Food House in Bar
- When it was — the date, and roughly what time of day
- What happened, or what you would change
- Whether it is about the food, the service, the place or this website
- A phone number or an address, if you would like an answer
